Back in 2004-2005, I managed the St. Croix Estuary Project (SCEP) which focused on the environment around the St. Croix River and Passamaquoddy Bay region. While organizing some files, I reviewed the attached publication and was reminded and amazed with all of the work we did and our accomplishments waaay back then. Have a look.
